By accessing or using NouSpark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using NouSpark on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
NouSpark provides an AI-native assessment platform for evaluating technical candidates. Our services include assessment creation, candidate evaluation sessions with AI tools, session recording, and AI-generated hiring reports.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Candidates must complete assessments independently and honestly. The use of unauthorized assistance, plagiarism, or any form of cheating will result in assessment invalidation. AI tools provided within the assessment environment are permitted and encouraged.
Code submitted during assessments remains the intellectual property of the candidate unless otherwise agreed upon with the hiring organization. NouSpark retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
NouSpark is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for hiring decisions made based on assessment results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
