We use collected information to provide and improve our assessment platform, generate AI-powered hiring reports, communicate with you about your account, and ensure the security of our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Assessment sessions, including code submissions, screen recordings, and AI interaction logs, are stored securely and shared only with the hiring organization that created the assessment. Candidates can request deletion of their assessment data at any time.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls. All assessment data is processed in SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Assessment data is retained for 12 months after completion unless the hiring organization or candidate requests earlier deletion.
