  1. "What's the most creative growth tactic you've executed? Describe the result."
  2. "Describe a time you were wrong about a marketing hypothesis. What did you learn?"
  3. "If we gave you our analytics dashboard, what are the first 3 things you'd look at?"
  4. "What's your superpower? What's your biggest weakness?"
  5. "Why this company? Be specific."
  6. "Share a link to something you've made (blog post, campaign, analysis, side project)."

Time: 30-60 minutes
