Format:

  1. Before recruiter screen, candidate completes a timed aptitude test:
    • Math/numerical reasoning (basic quantitative skills)
    • Critical reading (comprehension, logic)
    • ~20-30 minutes, proctored or timed
  2. Only candidates who pass proceed to recruiter screen
  3. Eliminates ~40-50% of candidates before any human time is spent
