What to look for
- Pass: Absorbs feedback, adjusts immediately, asks clarifying questions, stays composed
- Fail: Gets defensive, argues back, freezes, or becomes visibly shaken
- Red flag: Agrees superficially but doesn't change behavior

- Candidate prepares and delivers a mock demo of your product (or a product they know well)
- Mid-demo, an interviewer interrupts with deliberately harsh, direct feedback:
- "This isn't working. You're losing me."
- "A customer would have tuned out 3 minutes ago."
- "You're not answering my actual question."
- Observe how the candidate reacts: do they get defensive, shut down, or adapt in real-time?
Time: 45 minutes (30-min demo + 15-min debrief)
