Full description
Format: Part 1 — Cold Email (take-home, 1 hour):
- Give candidate a target account (real company in your ICP)
- They must: research the company, identify the right contact, write a cold email sequence (3 emails)
- Evaluate: personalization, value prop, CTA clarity, research depth
Part 2 — Mock Cold Call (live, 15 minutes):
- Same target account
- Interviewer plays the prospect (gatekeeper first, then decision-maker)
- Evaluate: opener, objection handling, tone, ask for meeting
Time: 1 hour (email) + 15 minutes (call) + 15 minutes debrief
