Format:
- After resume review, send candidate 3 pre-recorded questions via Hireflix (or similar):
- "Walk us through your biggest deal in the last 12 months." (2 min)
- "How would you approach a [your ICP] who says they're happy with [competitor]?" (2 min)
- "What's the most creative thing you've done to generate pipeline?" (1 min)
- Review videos async. Multiple team members can evaluate without scheduling.
- Only invite top performers to live interviews.
Time: 5-7 minutes for the candidate. 5 minutes per reviewer.
