What to look for

  • Energy and presence on camera (critical for remote selling)
  • Structured communication (situation → action → result)
  • Genuine examples vs. generic answers

Full description

Format:

  1. After resume review, send candidate 3 pre-recorded questions via Hireflix (or similar):
    • "Walk us through your biggest deal in the last 12 months." (2 min)
    • "How would you approach a [your ICP] who says they're happy with [competitor]?" (2 min)
    • "What's the most creative thing you've done to generate pipeline?" (1 min)
  2. Review videos async. Multiple team members can evaluate without scheduling.
  3. Only invite top performers to live interviews.

Time: 5-7 minutes for the candidate. 5 minutes per reviewer.
