"Write a 2-page document (no slides, no formatting tricks) analyzing the following:

A major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) wants to integrate your product natively into their platform. This would give you access to 100K+ enterprise customers but requires:

  • Giving the cloud provider 30% revenue share
  • Building a dedicated integration team (4-6 engineers for 6 months)
  • Exclusive distribution rights in their marketplace for 12 months

Should you do this deal? What are the risks? How would you structure the partnership? What terms would you negotiate differently?"
